Space 4 Talents

The Space4Talents is an innovative initiative aimed at promoting education and talent development related to the space sector. Through this endeavor, young people have the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills in areas such as space engineering, programming, and satellite technology, which may contribute to the development of the Polish space industry.

Revitalizing Stalowa Wola, a city struggling with socio-economic challenges, by creating a sustainable model for attracting and retaining talents through the development of the space industry—integrating SPACELAB, SPACE ACADEMY, and PENTAHELIX cooperation—establishing a modern specialization and supporting the growth of the regional space ecosystem.

The Polska Innowacyjna Foundation is a partner of this project, supporting its implementation and promoting innovative solutions in education and the development of young talents. This collaboration aims to engage the community and institutions in developing future skills and popularizing science and technology in Poland.

The project titled “SPACE 4 TALENTS” is co-financed by the European Union, with funds from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), as part of the European Urban Initiative (EUI). Its goal is to create a model for attracting and retaining talents in Stalowa Wola through the development of the space sector.
